It’s that time of year – Nordstrom Anniversary Sale time! The sale stars early for cardholders – Icon, Ambassadors and Influencers. It starts at 11:01pm CST the day before each of the dates listed. I get to start shopping this Thursday, and I cannot wait! I have my wish lists ready to go, and I’m sharing them with y’all today along with some other favorite brands and products that I already have or love. I look forward to this sale each summer to stock up on essentials for me and the family! Check out the picks above for my favorite style picks. My best tips for shopping the sale?? Preview it early and have all your favorites added to a wish list. As soon as the sale goes live at 11:01pm, hit select all and add them all to your cart. Make sure you’re already logged in and have everything in your account up to date such as your Nordstrom card added and your shipping address. I recommend paying a little extra $10 or $12 for rush shipping). That way, if anything needs to be exchanged, it’s not sold out by the time you get it. It’s a pretty small shipping fee to receive your items in 2-3 days. I’m out of town right now, so I did 3 day so I can have them when I get back.

When you’re shopping the sale, another thing I recommend as a personal favorite is to think about your purchasing style. What do you normally buy over and over again? What do your kids actually wear or use? There is no point in buying tons of strollers if you hardly use them. I love to use this time to get some great classic fashion finds for the kids on sale and some great gear like car seats. There are so many good brands and products!

And I also make sure to check out items other than clothing. They always have SO many great home, beauty, mens and kids items too. If you have little kids or a new baby, this is always a great time to stock up on baby gear like strollers, car seats, etc. And if you love makeup and beauty, make sure you add those favorites to your list too! I just don’t like to overbuy and waste, so I’m very practical in what I buy. It would also be a great time to stock up on some small home and beauty items to add to your gifting closet if you like to have candles and things on hand to gift friends and family throughout the year. Whatever you do though, shop when the sale opens for you before items sale out, get what you love and save a ton of money!
