Chicken Quinoa Power Bowl Recipe

quinoa

vegetables of choice

avocado
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook 6 oz of chicken. I used frozen chicken tenderloins and baked them in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes.
Cook quinoa according to package directions. You should just boil it for approximately 5-10 minutes tops.
Sauté your vegetables of choice. This time I used Birds Eye Stir-fry Veggies & Sauce to save some time. It uses frozen vegetables in a teriyaki sauce.
Add your quinoa to a bowl.
Shred up cooked chicken and add to the bowl.
Add in your cooked vegetables.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with avocado.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy your power bowl!
