Thank you so, so much for all the birthday wishes yesterday! It meant so much to me! We ate lots of good food at work yesterday that everyone cooked, and then Shane and I had oysters for dinner. I’ll have pictures of that soon. Tonight we’re going out to eat and celebrate with the rest of the family. What makes this week even better is that today is my Friday! I could get used to these 3 day work weeks.Thanks for stopping by for the Day to Night Series! Jacq from Just Jacq wore her tee dressier for night with a dress that she turned into a skirt, oversized sunnies and some wedges. I wore my tee more casually for day with my new favorite high waisted mint shorts, sandals and my fedora. When you think of a tee, you automatically assume it is for casual wear only, but it is quite easy to dress it up. I’ve even seen them worn with tulle tutu skirt or a dressy maxi skirt with heels. I can’t wait to get more out of my comfort zone and pair my tee with other items. I’m not much of a casual wear girl, so even wearing this is something I don’t normally do. I thought if I paired it with the high waisted shorts, it would dress it up a little bit to make it more of my style. I was seriously contemplating wearing my gray v-neck t with my hot pink skinny cropped pants to the Aquarium with Tim and Tink on Friday. I was worried it would not look right, but now I am pumped to rock it! Yes 3 day work week for me! Cheers to a 4 day weekend!
