Day to Night Series – Neon Clutch Part 2

Thanks for stopping by for the Day to Night Series! Every two weeks I will pick a different item to style with a different blogger. One person will style it more casually for day, and the other will dress it up for night. This week the item is a neon clutch.  I know what you’re thinking – didn’t you just style a neon clutch a couple months ago here?  Yes, but around here, I am all about repurposing and restyling items.  This is real life people.  I don’t buy a bag to only wear it once.  Hopefully this will give you 2 more ideas of how to style yours.  = )  Hannah from Fashioning Joy styled her neon clutch dressier for night by pairing it with black shorts, a hot pink blazer and killer heels!  This outfit could easily work for night too.  I love the pairing of the neon and yellow and neon pink together, and the fact that she kept the rest of the outfit all black to really make a statement.  Make sure you stop by Hannah’s blog to see her outfit details.  I styled my neon clutch more casually for day by pairing it with my PBJ top that I have basically lived in this pregnancy!  I have been wearing it for about 4 months now, and it has been the perfect piece to just throw on and go.  I wore this outfit to work a couple weeks ago for casual Friday (minus the destructed denim.)  I love blue and yellow together, and the only thing that makes it better is that it is neon yellow paired with the blue.  You will probably see these yellow pumps and this tassel necklace a lot too.  They are such great statement pieces.  If you don’t have a neon clutch in your wardrobe, I highly recommend it.  I have gotten much more use out of it than I ever thought I would.  What do you think about our day and night looks?
