This post is sponsored by Tide, but all opinions are 100% my own.
With summer just right around the corner, it’s not just Leighton and I that will go outdoors nonstop, it is also our furbabies. I’m talking about my 2 first born (my yorkies Spike and Lola). With a house full with a husband, a toddler and 2 yorkies, sometimes it feels like the messes will never stop. So today I wanted to share how we keep our house and clothing clean with 2 active fur babies running around with the best laundry detergent. = ) We adopted Spike 11 years ago and Lola 10 years ago, so they have been in our lives for quite a while (we got Spike the year before we got married.) I couldn’t imagine not being a dog mom. But it can also be a little messy.
We play outside come rain or shine. And they roll around in the leaves, grass or mud come rain or shine. We spend A LOT of time outdoors together, and when we come back inside, we bring all that messiness back in with us. I end up with stains on everything from my jeans to our bed sheets (our dogs love to cuddle with us in bed!) to our pillow covers on our couch and chairs. And let’s not forget those towels we keep on hand by the backdoor to wipe those little paws off. For tough messes in our life, Shane and I rely on the best laundry detergent, Tide. Tide PODS are the perfect fit for our busy (and messy!) lives.
Tide PODS have been thoroughly tested on all sorts of laundry conditions, are safe and give a guaranteed clean! I have been using Tide for as long as I can remember growing up, and Shane and I switched to their PODS about 5 years ago. I love how convenient they are. No liquid or powder mess. The laundry detergent is enclosed in the pod in a 3-in-1 laundry solution along with a stain remover and brightener, so you just pop it into your empty washing machine drum, add your clothing, and go! Now Shane and I have an HE washer, and Tide PODS is specially formulated with HE Turbo technology that contains quick collapsing suds and targets tough stains on both whites and colors. So you can use them on front and top loading washing machines, both standard and high efficiency. Tide is the only detergent that stands up to ALL the messes inside (and outside) our house.
I use one pod for most loads, but occasionally with 2 yorkies around, I will use 2 for a large load. Tide PODS are perfect for mine and Shane’s busy lifestyle, and even though they’re small, they work just as good if not better than regular detergent. Great things really do come in small packages. Have you tried Tide PODS yet? What is the biggest mess your fur baby has ever made? What is the best laundry detergent for you?
Okay, I need to try this. I literally can't wear white because I am so clumsy.
We LOVE Tide Pods. We have been using them for years! They get EVERYTHING out!

Yay for Tide Pods! I have three pups at home, two of whom tend to get REALLY muddy whenever it rains, so I could use this!
