My Modern Kitchen Update

I have been wanting to a kitchen update for SO long!  It was so dark and drab.  And though we can’t change everything we want right now (like cabinets, countertops, floors and appliances), changing out the furniture definitely helped brighten it up!  We had a tall table in here previously and never used it because it was too tall for Leighton to safely or comfortably sit at.  So, we knew wanted a regular height table with comfy chairs for our kitchen update.  I love this modern round table with metal base.  It has a lacquer finish on it and wipes clean so easily too.  We also added a couple new prints, a kitchen lamp, this comfy mat, these fun canisters and a marble slab and paper towel holder.  It’s not the complete kitchen update we want, but that will have to just wait for our dream home.  At least for now, we have some great new furniture that can go wherever we go.  = )
