Searching for new recipes for the new year? Look no further – I’m sharing a recipe for a Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl!
I LOVE a good yogurt bowl, and a protein packed one is the best of both worlds, right?! You get a yummy bowl that’s packed with lots of good, filling protein! This is one of my favorite bowls to make, and it’s so easy to make too! It is great as a snack, but you can also make an entire meal out of it too. I usually stick with a small serving size for me and have it as a snack, but you can easily double it.
I use So Delicious coconut yogurt, but you can use any yogurt you like. For the protein in this bowl, I use Garden of Life chocolate protein powder, but you can sub with your favorite. For the milk, I use Silk unsweetened almond milk. And then top with your favorite granola and fruit. You can even add other toppings like cinnamon, cacao, maple syrup or other fruit. It’s all up to your preferences and will be so good! Check out the full recipe below.
