Looking to have a summer movie night with your kids? Here are some of our favorite movies to inspire your next night with the family!
The Garfield Movie – We just saw this one in theaters, and it is SO cute! It is fully animated. It is funny, has plenty of action and is really sweet and emotional too. Truly, it is an all-around great movie for the kids! We had ages 3-9 there, and they all loved it!
IF – With a star studded cast, this movie is in theaters right now. It has a really cute story line of a girl and her neighbor who have the ability to see imaginary friends. It is so cute and is a must see movie!
Thelma the Unicorn – You can watch this one on Netflix. It’s a movie musical based on a children’s book.
Inside Out 2 – This movie will come out in theaters on June 14, and I cannot wait! We absolutely loved Inside Out, so we are really looking forward to this one. The second movie will focus on Riley as a teenager and a whole new set of emotions to deal with now. I think Leighton will really love seeing this movie too! This will be such a fun summer movie night out of the house!
Despicable Me 4 – This one hits theaters July 3, and I’ll be taking all the kids. They love Gru and the Minions, and I’m sure they will love this one just as much as they have loved the last three!
Harold and the Purple Crayon – This will hit theaters on August 2 and is based on a children’s book. It is based on a 4 year old, Harold, who uses his crayon to go on adventures.
