Both Mother’s Day and Teacher Appreciation Week are coming up in May, and it’s the perfect time to get a heartfelt gift for the women in your life. I love this fun and easy little diy gift idea. It’s so pretty, thoughtful and still practical. Nobody wants to give a gift that someone won’t use, but coffee and flowers?? I would take those any day of the week! Add in the prettiest floral coffee cup and a pink little drink carrier, and you will have completely outdone yourself showing someone how special they are to you.
This one is such an easy diy too. Just order the drink carriers, little bags for your ground coffee or coffee beans, floral blocks, and pick out your favorite flowers. I went to Trader Joe’s, and they had some hydrangeas, roses and baby’s breath. I stocked up on them and went to work making little floral arrngements in each of the double drink carriers. You cut the floral block in half and put one half in one side of the drink carrier. Then you add your flowers. Add your coffee cup to the other side and fill up the bags with coffee grounds or beans. That’s it. Super simple, but it looks SO much grander than the amount of time it took to make it.
