Good morning everyone!  Thank you so much for stopping by today to read!  I would love to hear from you if you have any suggestions or any ideas of anything you would like me to style.  I am planning on starting a 1 item 4 ways series in 2014.  Anything else you would love to see?

I wore this dress to work last week here, but switched out my thick wool infinity scarf for this thinner fun zebra one since it’s much warmer today.  I thought it would be fun to mix animal prints – a zebra scarf and leopard print pumps.  I helped bring out the metallic in the scarf even more by pairing it with a metallic belt and clutch.  This belt is so versatile and instantly changes the vibe of a casual drawstring dress.  I finished my outfit with my new Benevolent Jewels necklace.  Benevolent Jewels is celebrating their one year anniversary.  If you haven’t heard of them, you have to check them out.  They donate 20% of their profits to a philanthropic organization every 3 months.  Please check them out, and read more about their message here.

At first I was a little nervous about mixing my animal prints, but then I had to remember that I started doing outfit posts to help myself step out of my comfort zone.  What do you think about mixing animal prints?

Today I want to introduce you to one of my sponsors, Jamie from JK Style.  Jamie is an image consultant and personal stylist in the heart of Oklahoma.  She recently left the corporate workforce to focus full time on all things fashion and style. I personally have to say that I am so, so proud of her!  I’m sure that can be scary, but I think it is so inspiring, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for her.  Jamie started her blog as a fun way to share shopping and style finds, and she loves passing on great ideas and deals.  Her blog is relatively new, but she is absolutely loving blogging, and I know you will not be disappointed when you visit it.  Make sure you stop by and say hello to Jamie!

  1. Love the green and gold together! That color looks fabulous on you. And I would totally mix animal prints (if I had any others besides leopard) – it is just like mixing other prints! It looks fabulous!
