At first I was a little nervous about sharing all these pictures on the internet, but then I thought why not? We’ve all been there. Isn’t it time we all embrace our hair and love it? Our past is what makes us who we are. Every single bad hair day makes the perfect hair days that much better. I can tell you in every single one of these pictures, I thought I look adorable at the time. Why else would I have styled my hair like that (or been forced to wear my hair like that by my mom) and taken a picture if I didn’t like it? Looking back though is always a little scary, but sometimes you have to go through a little trial and error to find what you really love. No matter what your hair story is, the NEW Dove Hair Regenerative Nourishment Collection will help repair your past embarrassing moments of hair color, hair styles and even treatments. You don’t have to be stuck in the 80’s or 90’s anymore, and you don’t have to fear damage from experimenting with your hair. Now you can keep transforming your hair in the ways that make you feel your most beautiful using Dove Regenerative Nourishment Collection for perfectly nourished hair that’s 100% visibly damage free. With all the curling, crimping, teasing, dyeing and postpartum hair texture changing, I’m glad to have found a hair care line that puts the moisture back into my hair and makes it feel like it used to. Next time you’re at Target, make sure you grab the new Dove Hair Regenerative Nourishment Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum in Oil. Your hair will definitely thank you!

My Hair History
We all have a story to tell, and when I look back at pictures of me over the years, the first thing I usually notice is my hair. It has been with us boyfriend after boyfriend, hair dye after perm. Today I am going to share my hair journey with you over the years. Here it is – the good, the bad and the just plain scary. I really wish I could have found some of those 2 inch diagonal bang and the “Jennifer Aniston bob” pictures, but I think I might have finally gotten rid of all the evidence. = ) First we have Exhibit A. I’m the top right girl in that picture. Ringlets, check. Bangs, check. Big bow on the top, check. No one else had ringlets in that picture, so I’m thinking I was just ahead of the game. Exhibit B, I’m pretty sure I thought I was Farrah Fawcett, and if I say so myself, this was probably one of my better 80’s ‘dos. Everybody needs a feathered shag when they’re going to a dress-up tea party. Nailed it. Exhibit C, I’m not even sure what to say to this other then I promise all these hairstyles and outfits were in style in the late 90’s?? This was after years of highlighting my hair blonde, I finally dyed my hair for the first time in my life, and I’m pretty sure it was an orangeish brown. Exhibit D, yes that was a Bumpit in my hair. To my defense, you should have seen my sister’s. I was wearing the smallest one they made. = ) Exhibit E, I was not born to be a redhead. Does it make it any better that I was playing Ginger in Gilligan’s Island for Halloween??
