Y’all know I love a good tablescape, and my favorite thing to do is reuse what I already have. I took some of my favorite plates, chargers and flatware and then just mixed it up a bit with a pretty floral arrangement, coffee mugs and a fun little bow napkin through the handle of the coffee mug. It’s a super easy way to mix things up by adding a colorful, feminine touch. And they were all items that I already had around the house.
I knew this Mother’s Day that I really wanted a blue and pink color scheme. I thought the blue was a nice classic, and the pink would add a colorful and feminine touch. You can definitely add as little or as much as you want. I’m a big believer in the more floral the merrier. = ) I’ve had a big Mother’s Day brunch for the last few years, but this year I think we will keep it lowkey with just close family over for a nice brunch and then letting the kids play together.
