brown sugar

package of mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes.
Add them to a large saucepan, cover with water and boil.
Cook sweet potatoes for approximately 20 minutes under tender.
Remove the sweet potatoes from the heat, drain them and mash them.
Add the mashed sweet potatoes to a large bowl and mix in the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and orange juice.
Mix and mash until the ingredients are mixed in with the sweet potatoes.
Spread the mixture into an 8 x 12 baking dish and top with marshmallows.
Bake the sweet potato casserole in the oven for approximately 30 minutes until the mini marshmallows are golden brown.
