Bulletproof Coffee Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz coffee
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Brew your coffee as normal. I use decaffeinated, but you can brew any kind you prefer. I have also used shots of espresso sometimes instead of drip coffee.
  2. Pour coffee in blender and add protein powder, butter and spices.
  3. Blend and enjoy. It's that easy!
