- Prepare Jalapeño Minute Rice Cups in the microwave per the packaging instructions.
- Wash and slice jalapeño.
- Mix rice, eggs, peas.
- Add a pinch of salt to your liking.
- Top with jalapeño slices to your liking. You can add them raw or heat them up on the skillet. Enjoy!
