Pineapple Shrimp Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cilantro & Lime Minute Rice Cup
  • Shrimp
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 lime or lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally. Heat until shrimp turn from translucent to white. I use approximately 5-6 shrimp per serving.
  • Slice and cut up pineapple or use canned pineapple.
  • Prepare Cilantro & Lime Minute Rice Cup in the microwave per the packaging instructions.
  • In a plate or bowl, combine the rice, shrimp and pineapple.
  • Slice the lime and squeeze juice over your plate.
  • Add salt to taste and enjoy your quick, yummy dinner!
