Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally. Heat until shrimp turn from translucent to white. I use approximately 5-6 shrimp per serving.
Slice and cut up pineapple or use canned pineapple.
Prepare Cilantro & Lime Minute Rice Cup in the microwave per the packaging instructions.
In a plate or bowl, combine the rice, shrimp and pineapple.
Slice the lime and squeeze juice over your plate.
Add salt to taste and enjoy your quick, yummy dinner!
