Pineapple Shrimp Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cilantro & Lime Minute Rice Cup
  • Shrimp
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 lime or lime juice
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally. Heat until shrimp turn from translucent to white. I use approximately 5-6 shrimp per serving.
  2. Slice and cut up pineapple or use canned pineapple.
  3. Prepare Cilantro & Lime Minute Rice Cup in the microwave per the packaging instructions.
  4. In a plate or bowl, combine the rice, shrimp and pineapple.
  5. Slice the lime and squeeze juice over your plate.
  6. Add salt to taste and enjoy your quick, yummy dinner!
