1scooppreferred protein (I use Garden of Life stevia free protein)
1/2cuppumpkin puree (use more if you really love pumpkin!)
1cupmilk (I use skim, but you can use any kind)
1tbsppeanut butter or almond butter
4tbspPB2 Powder
1tbspvanilla extract
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste
6ice cubs
Instructions
In a blender add, add all of the protein powder, pumpkin, milk, peanut butter, PB2, ice cubes and spices. Fill water to desired level and blend until smooth. Feel free to top with more cinnamon or nutmeg. If you're wanting to add more sweetness, you could top with chocolate chips or cacao chips and even whipped cream. Enjoy!
