Brown sausage in a skillet. I used turkey sausage, but you can use any kind. Matt prefers pork sausage for the flavor. Drain after cooking.

Peel the skin from potato and then dice up potato.
Prepare Spanish Minute Rice Cups in the microwave per the packaging instructions.
