Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz chilled wine
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oz ice

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing tin.
  2. Fill with ice and shake well.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
