I hope everyone had a great weekend! Shane and I spent our Saturday visiting our cousin who just turned 2. Before that, my sweet sister came by and tested out my new camera! I cannot believe how long I have gone without a camera; it feels like it’s been a year! It felt good having one again, and an upgrade at that. I got a Canon Rebel T3i and a 50mm lens. I absolutely love it, and I’m already adding other equipment to my wish list. I have always been that girl who carries her camera in here purse everywhere she goes, now I just need to get a bigger purse (just kidding, sort of.) Then on Sunday, we had brunch at Paulette’s, and then I got in a nice run. The weather was beautiful this weekend. Lots of sunshine and just a little chill in the wind. It was the perfect time to crank out some miles to get ready for my first St. Jude Marathon that is coming up in December.

Today, I am on my way to Arkansas right now as we speak. I’m visiting one of my locations for work to meet the salesmen and do some inventory. Sometimes it’s nice to get out of the office for a day to do something a little different. As yall know, I was promoted to assistant credit manager at my company a few weeks ago, and I don’t think I have given you an update. Things are going great. It has been great getting to see another side of the business entireley. I’m keeping busy, and I absolutely love it! Spring is our busy season though, so I might be singing a different tune come February. = ) In honor of my new position, Urban Philosophy was so, so sweet to send me their new #bosslady tee! It is so cute, and I absolutely loved pairing it up with opposites. Instead of wearing the traditional dress pants with a blazer, you know how I love my skirts! I paired it with a nice boyfriend blazer for work, but then I went girly on the bottom half with my mint tulle skirt and metallic sandals. And in case you were wondering, I definitely saved this outfit for outside of work. = )
