$100 Albion Fit Giveaway

 

This marks the 6th week of 2014.  I made a goal (I never really make resolutions!) to workout at least 4 times per week, and I am happy to say that I have done just that!  I haven’t been working out nearly as many hours per week as I used to, but I am a firm believer that anything is better than nothing!  I have been working about at least 2-4 hours per week this year.  We are getting into busy season at work so the meetings and traveling will slow down quite a bit which will really help.  I prefer to workout on my lunch break, and I also love to get Saturday and Sunday workouts in with Shane.  I haven’t been able to run for the last couple weeks but I have finally got back into lifting weights.  I didn’t realize how much I missed doing free weights and getting inside the gym until I started back in January.  I plan to get back outside running in a couple of weeks, and I already have about 6 5Ks lined up over the next 2 months.  I am getting so pumped for spring!  Did you make any fitness goals?  What do you like to do to stay active?

(and of course everything else on their website too) I have came so close to making purchases I can't tell you how many times ha ha! But I have a goal to purchase a bathing suit closer to summer IF i continue to workout 6 days a week and eat much healthier. Which I can proudly say that has gone great so far!!! Now to decide which bathing suit I like the best! That is going to be the hardest part!

    My goal/resolution/whatever is to run 6 halfs this year, woah!!! First one is in 11 days 🙂

    I've also incorporated a group exercise class two days a weeek that I sure could use some new outfits for!

    I love the legging options, the breathe freely tank, and the half-zips! I live in Boston and I'm realizing I really need to up my outdoor exercise gear game…the cold weather is starting to seem never-ending, and I still need to workout!
