They See Me Strollin’

Last weekend Leighton, my mom and I did a little shopping in Arlington for the day.  It was hot, but it was still such a pretty day that we just strolled around the square in our new Nuna Pepp stroller.  This stroller is amazing.  It literally glides.  The ride was so smooth, and the wheels turn so easily.  The best thing about it though is how easy it is to open and close.  It folds flat, and I can easily load and unload I myself (without having to call in the big guns…Shane.)  We had such a great time, and we even picked up the cutest little dress with crosses on it at The Happy Heart (you must check it out!)

Since it was hot and we knew we would walking and shopping all day, Leighton and I both went casual in our matching monogrammed tees and Leighton’s new Robeez sneakers.  How precious are they?!  I thought baby feet were adorable, but baby shoes rank pretty high up there too.  These adorable shoes are silver with blue and hot pink on them and matched perfectly with her little outfit.  And as a bonus, she actually didn’t pull them off once or try to chew on them, so I call that a success.  For sizing purposes, size down on these one size as run just a little big.  Robeez has some of the most adorable baby shoes.  Since she just turned 9 months, I’ve been trying to do better about putting her in shoes every single day so she will be used to them and not pull them off and play with them later down the road.  So far, it seems to be working.  So now I’m on a mission to buy more baby shoes.  I just bought these espadrilles and can’t wait to get them in, and they’re also on sale!  These and these are also on my wish list.  = )  And if you sign up for Robeez’s newsletter, you will save an extra 10% off  your purchase!  Which pair of baby shoes are on your little one’s wish list?  = )
