Happy first day of summer!Β  I’m starting to reach for light, flowy dresses this summer with the humidity for perfect summer looks.Β  I love this adorable little dress I recently spotted online at ASOS.Β  I’m obsessed with gingham, and I love that this cold shoulder one actually has thick enough straps so that I can wear a normal bra underneath it.Β  No crazy undergarments like strapless or stick-on bras needed, thank goodness!Β  I paired it with some of my new favorite sandals for the perfect summer looks.Β  They just sold out, but I linkedΒ this very similarΒ pair for the same price point, and one this pair is on sale!

    I like summer, but just by the pool from here or on the beach. My favorite is the half-season, with temperatures not so hot and not so cold. But, of course, when summer arrives, we need to be prepared, and so this post is essential also for us here in the Southern Hemisphere, which is winter. The rest of Brazil in general is not cold. It's hot all year round, tropical. But in southern Brazil, where I live, it is quite cold. That night it was -2ΒΊ C (28ΒΊ F) in my city, and it already snowed in another nearby city. And it's just fall. We will have a lot of snow this year in Rio Grande do Sul.
