You might remember me sharing my yummy paleo brownie recipe here with Naturally More back this spring.  Well I’m back today sharing another great recipe with Naturally More that I think is just perfect for a after school snacks.  I am using Naturally More’s Valencia peanut butter for today’s recipe.  It is 100% natural and organic and has added probiotics.  The peanut butter comes in a jar or these new pouches which are perfect for toddlers and moms on the go!  And these peanut butter banana rollups are just as perfect at home or on the go.

After School Snacks: Peanut Butter Banana Rollups
1 Jar or Pouch of Naturally More peanut butter
1 Package of tortillas
1 Box of Rice Crispies
1 Medium banana
Cut your tortillas into strips about 2 inches wide.
Spread peanut butter on then.
Sprinkle Rice Crispies on top of the peanut butter to get it to stick.
Slice the banana and add a slide of the banana on top.
Roll up the tortilla and then put a skewer through it to hold it together.
The taste of the peanut butter and banana together are so good, one even adults will love!  And the Rice Crispies will add a nice good crunch to it so the rollups won’t be too soft or soggy.  You can also use Naturally More crunchy peanut butter to add even more of a crunch to it.  It’s also the perfect after school snacks to have your kiddos join in on the fun.  I always love including Leighton in the cooking process, and she loved spreading on the peanut butter and sprinkling on the Rice Crispies.  = )  Have you tried Naturally More’s new peanut butter pouches?  What are your kids’ go-to after school snacks?
