Once summer hits, dresses are pretty much all I want to wear. They’re so easy since they’re just one piece, comfortable, lightweight in the summer heat, and they still make you feel instantly more put together without much effort at all. Whether I’m heading to brunch, traveling or going out for dinner, I almost always end up reaching for a simple but cute dress like this lemon print one that feel effortless but still cute enough to wear almost anywhere.
I’ve found that the best summer dresses are the ones you can throw on with sandals or wedges and immediately feel comfortable yet confident in. Lightweight fabrics, flattering fits, fun prints and pieces you can dress up or down always end up getting the most wear in my closet. This adorable little dress comes in the prettiest shade of green with such a colorful, fun print on it. That mixed with a flattering shape and fun little shoulder ties, and I was sold the moment I saw it.
Summer dresses have honestly become my go-to uniform this time of year. They’re easy to throw on, comfortable in the heat, and make getting dressed feel so much simpler.
