The Perfect Striped Shirtdress for Summer

MARKS & SPENCE STRIPED SHIRTDRESS

Remember this pretty and colorful spring look last month?  Well, I’m back today with another fun look from Marks & Spencer.  I spotted this pretty striped shirtdress and fell in love!  It is lightweight and works great as a dress, tunic or coverup.  It also has adjustable side ties to make the sides shorter or longer.  I also love the shirttail hem with more coverage in the back.  I belted this striped shirtdress and finished the look with a bright pop of color from this chainlink bag.

Most every piece I buy at Marks & Spencer is always so versatile.  This shirt dress could easily be worn on into fall too, and you’ll definitely be seeing this bag year-round!  And though I’m gearing up for summer, we still have had a little more rain this month.  But I’m hoping for clear skies and lots of sunshine soon!  I think this shirtdress would be just adorable paired with some bright red rainboots for those last few gloomy days this spring.

I’m looking forward to hot summer days, and this striped shirtdress is just perfect for them.  I even packed it on my last trip to the lake last weekend, and the red, white and blue was perfect for Memorial Day.  it is so lightweight and perfect to throw on over your swimsuit during the day or pair with sandals for dinner afterwards.

Even though Marks & Spencer is based out of London, they have really fast shipping from the UK that arrives in only 4-6 days.  I placed the order for my striped shirtdress on a Tuesday and had it by Saturday!  That’s quicker than most of my deliveries that are coming from the US!
