This Season’s Must-Have Accessories

It’s that time of year again. We are all starting to gear up for the holidays. Office parties, a nice dinner out and even dressy black tie holiday parties are coming. I’ve been getting ready for all the holiday events this year by drawing some great inspiration from the December issue of Marie Claire magazine. This month’s magazine is all about holiday style, sparkle, shimmer, gift guides and the season’s best accessories. If that doesn’t get you in the holiday style mood, I don’t know what does!

I found some great statement pieces in the December issue that will be perfect for all the holiday parties you have on your calendar. It inspired me to create a casual look using some of my favorite accessories – my Kendra Scott druzy jewelry and my Royal Scout & Co faux fur collar and boot cuffs. You’ll notice the boot cuffs can even be worn on your wrists to add some faux fur to your favorite holiday coat. The best thing about these pieces is that not only are they perfect for holiday parties (think a beautiful black full midi skirt and a red shimmery blouse), they are perfect for everyday looks too. You can easily wear them to your casual holiday party at your friend’s house, your office party or even date night. These accessories are so versatile, but they also have a great luxe look to them that is just perfect for the season.
