Trend Spin Linkup – Vests

One of my favorite 2023 trends: vests! Here are some great ideas for vest outfits this season!

Eeeek, it’s vest season y’all! I am here for it! I am not the biggest fan of bundling up like crazy, but I love a good vest! It is so easy to just throw on without adding too much bulk or making me too hot! I recently got this adorable little cropped vest from Dillard’s, and I love how it fits and looks. It looks great to pair over most everything. I’ve even worn it over a casual cotton dress and sneakers before too. It is the perfect cropped length.

I paired it with this lightweight zip up sweater and this little faux leather skort. I sized up in this sweater so it would be a longer length to pair with Spanx leggings, and it is just perfect! It was also so perfect to pair with this adorable skort too. I wear skorts way too often; y’all know that! But I just love the look of them, and I love that they come with built-in shorts. They are great to take the kids to school in, work in, workout in and then run errands in.

This is definitely my uniform this time of year when it’s getting cooler, but it’s not too cold to have to wear pants yet. A skort, a top, and a vest, and you’re ready to go and out the door!
