Last month, Matt and I threw old our first Christmas event of the year, and it was such a fun night! You can read more about the night here, but we recreated the Old Dominick Cranberry Cocktail. It is perfect for the holiday season, and it tastes so good with the gin, club soda and juices mixed it. And a pretty and festive garnishment just adds to it! Christmas Cocktail Recipe
Cranberry Christmas Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Old Dominick Gin
- 1.5 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp honey simple syrup
- 1 can club soda
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker combine gin, cranberry juice, orange juice and fresh squeeze lime juice.
- Heat on medium heat 1/4 cup of honey in 1/4 cup of water. Stir until honey is dissolved. This will be your honey simple syrup.
- Add in honey simple syrup and club soda and mix together.
- Add ice and shake.
- Pour liquid into your class and top with cranberries and optional rosemary. Enjoy!
