SHOP AMELIA’S ROOM HERE:
Amelia turns 7 in just 1 month, so we recently decided to update her room for her birthday this year. You might remember that we just updated Leighton’s room for Christmas here. Leighton was thrilled with how it turned out, and after I finished her room, I knew it was time to update Amelia’s room too. We didn’t keep anything from her room previously, and started fresh with the redesign. She is growing much too quickly, and we thought it was time to finally put away the unicorns. I know, it was a sad but sweet day!

She has already started to really get into makeup lately, and I got her SO much new makeup for Christmas. With all that new makeup, I knew it was time she get a vanity. I ended up finding this vanity/dresser combo and love it so much! We didn’t have another blank wall to put a dresser on, so I knew that I wanted a two-in-one vanity/dresser combo, and I think this one is just perfect! It is also a great space to use as a desk also. It comes with a light up mirror too. I added this pretty Safavieh lamp, this artwork and this beautiful blue Safavieh chair. It’s the same one in my office too. We added a fun hanging swing too. What 6 year old doesn’t want a swing in their room?!

We found this pretty storage bench, and it is just perfect in this space! The cushion on top is super comfy, and the bench and baskets are wood and very sturdy and well made. Perfect for a big kid room. Right now we have some small clothing and accessories in there, but they are also perfect for toys or books too.

I got Amelia the plushest, most snuggly comforter here. Seriously this brand is a dream! Leighton’s new comforter is the same brand too. They have SO many different colors and styles. We have 2 different ones and have been so impressed with the quality and how soft they are! We moved Leighton’s trundle daybed in here, and it works out perfectly. Now Amelia can have sleepovers in her room too! This is the perfect little space for an almost 7 year old little girl. I love the pretty rose and blue color scheme in her room. What do you think?
