If you’re looking for a fun little Easter dish, this festive little charcuterie board is it. It was so easy to make, but it will easily be a crowd pleaser. You can make it as easy, hard, small or large as you want, and I love that it’s kid friendly too. It has several of my favorite meats, fruits and cheeses on it, but I also added marshmallows, fruit snacks and chocolate for the kids. I made this recently when the kids came home from school, and we devoured it together in no time!

I started with my board, 4 brie cheese wheels and oval and circle cookie cutters. Use 2 of the full cheese wheels for the body. Cut out 2 ovals for the ears, and then cut out 3 mini circles for the tail and feet. Next I added the meat to the board and then the grapes and carrots. I added the rest of the fruit and then filled in with chocolates, fruit snacks and marshmallows last to give it a touch of more color and whimsy. It turned out so cute and yummy!

What do you think? Are you making any dishes for Easter lunch? Let me know if you try this adorable little charcuterie board!
