Trend Spin Linkup – Buffalo Plaid

Thank you so much for stopping by the Trend Spin Linkup today! Today’s theme is buffalo plaid.  Have I mentioned I love plaid?  1,273 times, yes that’s what I figured.  Well throw buffalo plaid into the mix, and you had me at buffalo.  = )  I bought this top while I was pregnant and had no clue how it would fit me or look once I wasn’t pregnant, but it has the perfect oversized fit.  To dress it up a little bit and looked even more pulled together, I threw on my poncho.  You can never go wrong with layering (for the most part.)  = )  As usual I had to do a little print mixing so I paired the top and poncho with my new Galian leopard print bag.  I love the shape and print of the bag.  Leopard print truly is a neutral!  I think the colors work great with my outfit, but it adds that extra little pop.  If you haven’t heard of Galian before, you will definitely want to check them out.  They have some amazing handbags – all at prices much less than you would pay for a similar designer style.  Some of my favorites are here, here and here.  They have some gorgeous tassel bags too which I am definitely lusting over.  = )  And use promo code GALIAN20 for 20% off your entire purchase through January 27.  Happy shopping!

    Laura – my wife (Catherine of Not Dressed As Lamb) told me to link up as she hasn't worn buffalo plaid but I have, I hope you don't mind a male blogger crashing the party 🙂

    She loves your outfit so I think she'll be borrowing my shirt soon. Need to keep an eye on it I reckon before it stays in her wardrobe! Thanks for hosting the link up.
