shredded cheese

gluten free crust

ham
1/2
cup
almond milk
salt
pepper
thyme
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together in a bowl eggs, almond milk and salt, pepper and thyme to taste.
Dice up your ham into small pieces and add into your pie crust.
Add 1/4 of the cup of shredded cheese into the pie crust.
Add mushrooms into the pie crust.
Pour egg mixture from bowl over pie crust.
Top with the other 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes in the oven until crust is golden brown.
