Gluten Free Quiche with Ham

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 gluten free crust
  • 2 slices ham
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together in a bowl eggs, almond milk and salt, pepper and thyme to taste.
  3. Dice up your ham into small pieces and add into your pie crust.
  4. Add 1/4 of the cup of shredded cheese into the pie crust.
  5. Add mushrooms into the pie crust.
  6. Pour egg mixture from bowl over pie crust.
  7. Top with the other 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes in the oven until crust is golden brown.
