Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Old Dominick Formula #10 Gin
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 3 blackberries
  • 1 oz rich simple syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing tin.
  2. Fill with ice and shake well to mix with the berries.
  3. Strain into a tall glass over ice.
  4. Top with a splash of sparkling mineral water like Top Chico and garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Enjoy your refreshing Old Dominick Gin cocktail!
