Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Method
 

  1. In a container with a lid, add oats.
  2. Add milk to oats and stir.
  3. Stir in chia seeds.
  4. Put lid on container and store in refrigerator overnight.
  5. After at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, pour cashew butter on top.
  6. Top with fruit or other toppings as you like.
