My meals for the day.  Memphis Pizza Cafe has a Hawaiian Salad that has canadian bacon and pinapple in it.  I just used a little olive oil for dressing.  The salad seriously makes me want to put pineapple on all my salads.  I know some people don’t want fruit on their salad, but I say the more the merrier.

Shane and I did a 2 hour workout at the Y last night.  We plated racquetball together for the first half hour.  And yes, he beat me all 3 games.  Then I did a bunch of ab work, cardio and used free weights for bis, tris, chest, and shoulder workouts.  We were starving when we left, so we swung by Pei Wei.  Pei Wei is the sister company of PF Changs, and we love us some PF Changs.  Make sure you sign up for PF Changs’ Warrior Card if you go.  It’s free, and you get discounts and other free food items.  As a matter of fact, this girl and I are having a girl’s night there this weekend yum!  Pei Wei is like the younger, less expensive sister of PF Changs.  Their menu is smaller, but they still have some awesome Asian food.  I got the Orange Peel Chicken and ordered it stock velvet.  You can get any of their meals stock velvet, which basically means that it’s not breaded or fried.  The chicken was so moist and tender and was mixed with orange peel, carrot slices and snow snap peas.  I 86’d the rice though.
