It’s official – I am ready for fall, or at least I’m ready for a fall wardrobe!Β Fall is my favorite season as it seems to be for most everyone.Β Last night there was such a nice breeze when Shane and I left the house for dinner at The BBQ Shop in Midtown.Β On a side note, the food there was much better than the last time I was there and gave a review.Β My favorite item on the menu was definitely the barbecued bologna.Β It’s just an appetizer, but next time I will be making it my meal.Β As we were walking inside the restaurant, we almost debated on going somewhere else with a patio since it felt so nice outside.Β And this morning on my way to work, it was in the 70’s.Β Can it just stay like this please?!
Even though I’m ready for fall, my wardrobe is not.Β This month I am craving deep hues such as burgundy, emerald navy, black and cognac.Β I amΒ wanting thicker fabrics such as leather and suede, and lots of leopard, stripes and windowpane prints.Β I have a nice wool coat and a white leather jacket, so a nice black leather jacket is on my list for sure.Β For jewelry, I am looking forward to pieces such as this cuff and this tassel necklace that are statement pieces all on their own.Β A cuople of these pieces I just bought these week and am looking forward to wearing them soon!Β I am heading to Nashville after work today and can hopefully cross some of these items off of my list after a little shopping at Green Hills.Β Have a great weekend!
