Red Colorblocking

I have always loved red, but for some reason it has been almost non-existent in my closet.Β  I recently hit the red jackpot at Riffraff though when I spotted this gorgeous red faux wrap dress and these amazing colorblocked pumps!Β  Today’s outfit was inspired by this outfit that I wore a few weeks ago on a date to Texas de Brazil with Shane to celebrate my promotion.Β  I have been loving wrap style tops and dresses lately.Β  They add some interest to the outfit, and not to mention they are extremely flattering.Β  I don’t know if you have noticed but I try to wear a lot of v-neck items with long necklaces as they are both elongate your body, and I can surely use that!Β  This dress will also be perfect for Christmas and will still be great for Valentine’s Day!Β  And these pumps + colorblocking = the way to my heart.Β  What is that one color you’ve been wanting to wear but have been shying away from?

Today I want to introduce you to one of my new sponsors, Jessica from Love & Loyally.Β  I love Jessica because she is a sweetheart, has a great sense of style, has a yorkieΒ too and is also a fellow Tennessee girl!!Β  Her blog Love and LoyallyΒ is a blog about life, style, and southern charm.Β  It’s where Jessica talks aboutΒ all things that she loves. Β You’ll find style tips, outfit inspirations, beauty favorites and little tidbits aboutΒ her life.Β Β She might also try to convince you that southerners are as charming as they come (and I have to agree, though I might be a bit biased.)Β  = )Β  Please stop by Jessica’s blog and give a big southern welcome!
