31st Birthday + $50 Sole Society Giveaway!!

I just remembered yesterdayΒ that it’s my birthday today.Β  Last year it was all I thought about for months.Β  Fast forward to turning 31, and I almost forgot it lol!Β  We are in the process of moving so it has been an extremely busy couple of months so far, so I guess it sort of slipped my mind.Β  We bought a new vehicle last month, then decided to move 2 weeks later, all while being almost 6 months pregnant.Β  Remind me next time I’m pregnant to tell Shane no when he says he wants to move.Β  = )Β  What a year it has been!Β  I graduated with my masters.Β  I got a promotion at work.Β  We finally underwent IVF to have a little one on the way, and I can’t wait to finally get to meet little Leighton this year!Β  To celebrate I am hosting a week full of awesome giveaways!Β  Monday’s giveaway was for aΒ Kendra Scott Rayne necklace.Β  Tuesday’s was for a Sew Sarah monogrammed clutch, and today is another wonderful giveaway from Sole Society!
I love Sole Society and wear their bags, shoes and jewelry pretty often.Β  I just received these beautiful cobalt blue sandals and brown handbag from them.Β  They are both such great weekend essentials.Β  They’re those kinds of items that you can easily just throw into your overnight bag with you and take for a long weekend getaway.Β  I love my large handbags, and this one is even a great size to use as a weekend bag.Β  It also has a zippered compartment on the bottom, which I love.Β  I recently wore this outfit out to dinner in Orlando a couple weeks ago, and it was the perfect casual outfit that was still nice enough for a dinner with colleagues.

    The sandals! I'm a sucker for that cobalt blue. I have been a Sole Society member since they first started, and I have quite a nice collection by now. I would love the $50 to go towards a few pairs I've been pining after recently! πŸ™‚

    These sandals are fabulous, but I would probably pick the bag! It's so big! Perfect for some weekend trips, airplane carry on… I could use this bag for so many trips and occasions!

    Right now I'm really liking patterned bags, so I'd probably pick up the little Cody bag and spend the rest on a pair of earrings or a bracelet from there. The Jenny wedges are so cute–I already own two pairs of equestrian colored wedges, so I probably don't really need a third pair.

    If I could choose either the Sole Society bag or the Sole Society sandals, I would choose the bag because it is gorgeous and I live in a cooler climate where sandals can only be worn for a short time.
