A couple of weeks ago, Leighton and I went to the Dixon Gallery & Gardens and had the best time.  We looked at the flowers, played with the leaves, climbed up and down on every bench and of course we had to play in the fountain.  This was definitely Leighton’s favorite part.  It was a Friday, so it just happened to be Food Truck Friday.  They had some great looking food, and what’s better than eating some awesome food out by the gardens?  Leighton splashed and giggled and loved dipping her fingers and toes in the water.  It was so cute.  I’m glad she loves the water like we do!

We wore our matching Mud Pie coverup tunics since we were planning on splashing around in the water.  I can’t wait to go back to the lake and beach soon so we can sport our twinning tunics some more.  I hope everyone had a great weekend and a great time with the fathers in their lives.  Leighton and I had the best day Saturday.  Since I was out of town for a week, and Shane had Leighton all to himself, I got in some girl time Saturday by going to the splash pad and then we went shopping together that ended with a ride on the carousel.  Sunday we celebrated Father’s Day with Shane by all going to the splash pad and playing outside all day.  It is starting to get so hot outside, but I’m loving every minute of it.  Long live summer.  Happy Monday friends; thank for stopping by today.  = )
