Today I’m teaming up with a few friends to show you 4 different ways to style you and your kids for a wedding.  Wedding season officially started in June and goes through October, so if you haven’t had to go to yet this year, changes are you will by this fall.  Weddings can be tricky to figure out what to wear.  Are you too dressy?  Too casual?  Is that dress comfortable enough?  And how well will it (and you will a toddler) hold up throughout the night?  That last question is by far the hardest.  Weddings and toddlers; they can be tricky.
For Leighton’s dress, I wanted something pretty and dressy that wasn’t too long or restricting because let’s face it, she will be running around the majority of the time.  I also wanted her to have some cute shoes, but I wanted them to be comfy and easy to keep on.  I ended up choosing this pretty silk dress for Leighton in a pretty pale pink color.  The length is perfect on here to where she won’t trip on her dress, but she also won’t flash all the wedding guests.  And I’m obsessed with her little quilted flats.  They slide on easily, but they won’t fall off, and they don’t have buckles for her to buckle and unbuckle all night long.  Kids Dream has the best selection of kids dresses for special occasions  They are perfect for weddings, christenings and holidays.  You can click here to find a retailer near you.
When it comes to dresses either for work, for church, for weddings or for date night, Eliza J is usually the first name that pops into my head.  They have the best variety and quality of dresses hands down.  This pretty fit and flare dress is great for most every body shape because it slims your waist while drawing attention away from everything else you may not want to call attention to.  The floral print is so pretty and classy too.  I think our outfits coordinate just enough for a wedding without being too matchy matchy.

    i don't have anything specific picked out (well, any one of my hundred something items on my wishlist would do lol) but I would love a pair of knee high boots and a great pair of jeans! that is what I am dying for! I was so sad that I wasn't able to get anything from the NSale but I am hoping to win and then I will be able to get something 🙂 hoping positive thoughts will help me out lol. thanks for the chance 🙂 I love you gals.
