I am so excited to finally share a little more of our outdoor living space on the blog today.  We have lived in our home for almost a year now.  Our backyard is much bigger than any other home we’ve ever lived in, so it has been a bit of a challenge to figure out what to do with all the yard space without cluttering it too much.  Shane and I had a hammock in our first home when we got married, and we recently realized how much we really missed it.  I loved relaxing in it day or night.  What I didn’t love about it though was that it was red and faded so quickly, the base was made of wood and faded and cracked, and the material of the hammock was so thick that it would hold water so we could never actually use the hammock.  This time when we went hammock shopping, we decided to go with DFOhome.  They have THE best stock of outdoor furniture and accessories.  They are your one stop shop for your outdoor lifestyle.
The DFOhome staff is always so friendly and helfpul, and they found just the perfect hammock for us!  I told them we wanted it to be light colored where it wouldn’t fade, lightweight so it wouldn’t hold water, and still comfortable.  They hit the nail on the head with this pretty Pawley’s Island hammock.  Shane will just rinse it with the water hose when it starts to get dirty, and it dries instantly, so no waiting a day or so to use it after it gets wet.  We loved the hammock so much, we even ordered this pillow to go with it, and love it.  Leighton’s favorite thing to do outside is run to the hammock and climb on.  And if it means she will lie still for about 5 seconds, then that’s a mom win for me!

    The ENO Single Nest Hammock! It's on my son's college dorm list. His school backs up to a huge state park with hiking trails, waterfalls, cliffs & trees everywhere you look on campus. The college crowd loves ENO hammocks & DFOhome has them at a great price…
