Every time I really think it might be the last time I get to babywear, Leighton proves me wrong (thank goodness!)Β  This past weekend we went to Priddy FarmsΒ to check out their gorgeous selection of Christmas trees,Β wreaths and take some family pictures.Β  You might remember my last post here and hereΒ whereΒ we visited Priddy Farms in the fall whenΒ they have their pumpkin patch.Β  The farm was just magical with all the beautiful Christmas trees lined in rows.Β  They also make handmade wreaths and even haveΒ wreathmaking classes there on certain nights.Β  It will definitely be a family tradition of ours that we look forward to each holiday season.
It was a little chilly and was raining off and on, so Leighton wasn’t too thrilled about being outside…until I pulled myΒ LILLEbaby carrierΒ out.Β  As soon as she saw it, sheΒ said “I wanna ride on mama.”Β  Well, I knew exactly what that meant, and I was excited that she still gets soΒ excited about being carried.Β Β I’ve had a number of different LILLEbaby carriers over the last 2 years (take a trip down memory lane here, here and here), but thisΒ complete embossed LILLEbaby carrier is hands down my favorite.Β  Probably not the bestΒ color choiceΒ if you have a newborn who is still prone to blowouts, but with a toddler, I knew we would be safe, and I thought the white was just stunning.Β  To me, this carrier is the perfect combination of fashion,Β art andΒ motherhood.Β  If IΒ only had one word to describe it, it wouldΒ probably be dreamy.Β  It really is a beauty.
Leighton is about 26 months old now, so every time we babywear, I usually try to document it.Β  Since we were taking some family Christmas pictures, I knew this would be the perfectΒ occasion to document.Β  I already get teary eyed just thinking of how I don’tΒ have any breastfeeding pictures to document our 18 month journey; I’m going to make sure I don’t miss out on documenting our babywearing journey.Β  May I get to carry her as long as she will let me.Β  AndΒ hold her little hand and kiss her on the lips as long as I can.Β  Until she thinksΒ she’s too old and too cool for all that.Β  Until then, I’ll cherish each moment each day.Β  Because everything else can wait.
BabywearingΒ isn’t only practical, it creates suchΒ a special bond.Β  I miss the days already whereΒ we would babywear and she would just fall asleep in the carrier.Β  Those special moments are the ones I’ll always remember.Β  ItΒ was also suchΒ aΒ lifesaver during those first 6 months.Β  If we wouldn’t have been babywearing, I wouldn’t have gotten anything accomplished (including eating and resting lol.)Β  And she definitely didn’t like sleeping in her rock n play.Β Β But IΒ knew if I put her in the carrier, there was at least aΒ 75% chance she would be asleep within 30 minutes.Β  And then I could just sit there andΒ stare at those little lips smile and twitch as she was probably dreaming about milk.Β  ☺  I’m so excited to have teamed up with LILLEbaby again to give away a complete embossed carrier to one lucky reader.Β  To enter just use the widget at the bottom of this post.Β  Good luck!Β  What is your favoriteΒ LILLEbaby carrier?Β  What is your favorite babywearing moment?

    These pictures are SO gorgeous!!! The brilliance embossed is absolutely breathtaking! I love when my almost 5 month old daughter falls asleep in our airflow! I would love to have a beautiful embossed as our airflow is the champagne color, it was the only option at a store I had a gift card to.

    I have an airflow and I love it but I've been dreaming of an embossed so we each have one with my husband cause he loves wearing our baby but it's getting old havin to adjust the carrier back and forth between us

    I've only tried the all seasons and I love it. Been hoping to get another so that I have one to wear and one for my fiancΓ© to wear so we don't constantly have to adjust. I've had my eye on a lavender embossed for my preemie and I (also a preemie!) or just getting a CarryOn for later. πŸ™‚

    I've been fortunate to have my airflow as my main carrier, which is awesome with the heat and humidity, but I lust after the embossed. My friend described it best: Like wearing a designer purse! Don't ask me to choose a color though. πŸ˜€

    As for my favorite moment: I think it would be after I learned to feed my baby in the carrier. I was rocking and walking with him in a dental office while my husband was getting some work done and the receptionist came up to talk to my baby without realizing what was going on. We both laughed at the baby watching her suspiciously like she was going to take away his food.

    I recently bought my first LΓ­llΓ©baby an Airflow. My son is 12 weeks old and loves to cuddle. My Lillebaby lets me wear him around the house to get some things done while cuddling!! Have been contemplating getting a second carrier and I have heard great things about the embossed. Would love a chance to win one!!

    I am a newbie in babywearing for I am a first time mom. I've been doing my research about carriers and Lillebaby is definitely my favorite. I've been bugging hubby to get me and my boy one and telling him over and over again that lille is my dream carrier! The embossed definetly caught my attention and would be perfect for us. My son is 2 months old and i'm definitely looking forward to our babywearing journey with Lille.

    I am going to be so sad when I cant wear my son anymore! It has saved my sanity and since this is my last baby (and my rainbow) I just want to have him close to me as much as possible. We have an organic that is cozy but the embossed is gorgeous!

    My favorite is my anchors airflow. I love the mesh feeling and baby girl loves it just as much. The anchor symbolizes a lot for us but mostly that it is meant to hold something down, to keep it in place, and this momma works daily to hold down the fort and make her babies proud!

    I have an Airflow complete and an essentials. The airflow is my favorite for front carries, while the essentials is my go to for back carries. I have been dying to try an embossed! And one of the new woven completes! You can't go wrong with a Lille!

    Well I own the teal embossed complete so I'd say that is my favorite! Very pretty! I love it! Would love to try the gray woven…never tried a woven. I also love the way the anchors airflow looks :]

    I love my all seasons. I had those cheap walmart carriers that killed ur back until I discovered Lille baby. My sister has one of those cheap carriers and I would love to be able to give her a lille baby.

    My LO is 15 months old and started walking at 10 months so I thought once she started walking I wouldn't get to wear her much anymore but boy was u wrong. She's still petite that she fits the narrow seat yet and when she is tired and cranky I put her up.in the carrier and she is out within minutes

    I've heard nothing but raving reviews about the embossed and it's softness and with a 6 week old, that sounds very inviting! He's very clingy right now and I have an old organic LILLEbaby but it's so stiff! My two year old did let me wear him until about a year and a half. So wear your darling as long as you can! I miss wearing my 2 year old. He was so snuggly!

    I bought a Complete Original in stone, a couple years ago before they had so many options, and it's great. My husband and I can't see me buying another carrier. But if I ever win my choice, I would go with the embossed in teal. Thanks!

    I have an all seasons complete. My sister found it for me at Target. I sold one of my strollers we never used to purchase it. When you have six kids baby wearing becomes essential. I think the embossed is beautiful and is something I would love to have. I think it is wonderful that you are offering such a gift during this holiday season. You can tell you and your daughter love wearing. She will cherish those memories captured.

    It's hard to choose a favorite since I only have one, a Tokidoki Complete All seasons, but I'm in love with all of them! I have an almost 18 months old girl and she LOVES to be carried, even my husband wears her.❀ I wish I could win one to share the LÍLLΓ‰ love with my pregnant friend οΏ½οΏ½

    LOVE the All Seasons in Birds of A Feather. Never tried Lillebaby before, we've only had an Ergo but I've heard such good things about them and am really wanting to try one! thanks so much for the chance, I love your blog!

    I love the teal embossed. I have an 18 month old and a 4.5 year old. Both still enjoy being carried. My favorite babywearing memories are tandem carries when they'd hold hands over my shoulder.

    I have had the All Seasons and Airflow and out of those two the All Seasons wins, but I'm drooling over a woven. That will be my next carrier. I've heard it's so incredibly soft and I'm dying to get my hands on one!! πŸ™‚

    I don't think my other comment(s) went through! I'd love a Lille and have tried on a Complete and CarryOn through a local babywearing chapter in Nashville. It would be a dream to win one, especially since I'm interested in going to MommyCon in Memphis with my two kiddos and strollers aren't permitted!

    I love my citrus embossed!! It was my 1st Lillebaby, and it was amazing! I have so many sweet memories babywearing my youngest it is hard to pick a favorite. But one of my earliest favorite memories is wearing my daughter at the zoo when she was 2 months old. It made me feel like super mom to take my 3 year old and 2 month old to the zoo (with out help!). It was a great day all made possible by babywearing.
