Happy first day of summer!  I’m starting to reach for light, flowy dresses this summer with the humidity for perfect summer looks.  I love this adorable little dress I recently spotted online at ASOS.  I’m obsessed with gingham, and I love that this cold shoulder one actually has thick enough straps so that I can wear a normal bra underneath it.  No crazy undergarments like strapless or stick-on bras needed, thank goodness!  I paired it with some of my new favorite sandals for the perfect summer looks.  They just sold out, but I linked this very similar pair for the same price point, and one this pair is on sale!

How does everyone plan to spend their summer?  About this time of year, I always start wishing I was a teacher.  = )  I miss the days of the past of lazy, relaxing, carefree summers.  Who’s with me?  I keep thinking it would be so nice to get to just hit up the pool or spend all day at the Children’s Museum with Leighton.  A girl can dream.  = )  Don’t forget to linkup your favorite summer looks and check out the featured bloggers below.  Happy Tuesday; thanks for stopping by!

    I like summer, but just by the pool from here or on the beach. My favorite is the half-season, with temperatures not so hot and not so cold. But, of course, when summer arrives, we need to be prepared, and so this post is essential also for us here in the Southern Hemisphere, which is winter. The rest of Brazil in general is not cold. It's hot all year round, tropical. But in southern Brazil, where I live, it is quite cold. That night it was -2º C (28º F) in my city, and it already snowed in another nearby city. And it's just fall. We will have a lot of snow this year in Rio Grande do Sul.
