Welcome back for week 4 of the Holiday Honey Hustle Challenge! We skipped last Monday on the blog since it was Thanksgiving week, but if you’ve joined our Facebook group here, we post the weekly workout here so you’ll always have it! With the cool fall weather here, I’ve been spending a lot more time outdoors. And most of my workouts have been outdoors too! And today is no different.
I’ve been doing a lot of hiking too which is perfect for this week’s full body workout at home! I’ll be doing more hiking this week too and adding in lots of burpee sets. I’m including the full body workout below, but I want to hear your favorite full body workouts too. Make sure you stop by and visit Heather and Jessica today too to check out their workouts!
Full Body Workout at Home:
Day 1: 3 sets of :30 of burpees with a 10-20 second rest in between
Day 2: Full Body Workout Video
Day 3: 3 sets of :45 of burpees with a 10-20 second rest in between
Day 4 : NEW WORKOUT VIDEO
Day 5: 3 sets of 20 burpees, 3 sets of 45 second planks, 3 sets of push ups to exhaustion
Day 6: Get in 1.5 miles+ however you can… biking, hiking, running or walking… your choice!
Day 7: 3 sets of 1:00 burpees, 3 sets of 1:00 planks
