Trend Spin Linkup – Thanksgiving Looks

Today I’m sharing one of my favorite new looks, and I can’t help but think it’s perfect for a Friendsgiving party of even Thanksgiving dinner with family.  I LOVE this skirt (size up!) and love how it fits high-waisted.  I paired it with my chunky, boxy cropped sweater and love the slouchy look paired with the more streamlined look of the faux leather skirt.  And then these sock booties finish off the look.  I’ve been wearing them nonstop.  I’ve worn them with jeans quite a few times and have just rolled up my jeans, but honestly I love them most when paired with a dress or skirt.

I’ve already worn this outfit quite a few times, and plan to wear it out and to some holiday parties coming up over the next month or two.  You can easily swap out the ivory sweater for red or the cognac colored skirt for some green culottes or velvet skinnies for another perfect holiday look.
