Welcome back y’all! It’s Monday, and it’s time for a new week’s worth of workouts! This week is all about upper body workout, so we’re doing a lot of workouts that in my opinion have always been hardest for me. I think that is how a lot of women feel about chest, shoulder and arm workouts. I feel like we don’t use those parts of our bodies quite as much as we use our lower body, so I’m excited about focusing more on upper body this week. Don’t be intimidated. You can modify the pushups and do them on your knees if you need too. It’s still a great upper body workout either way!

THE ULTIMATE UPPER BODY WORKOUT:
Day 1: 5 Push-ups on your toes + 5 push-ups on your knees (if needed for modification)
Day 2: 10 Alternating shoulder taps in plank position + 5 Push-ups
Day 3: 45 Second plank + 10 Push-ups
Day 4: 10 Tricep dips + 10 Push-ups
Day 5: 20 Alternating shoulder taps in plank position + 15 Push-ups
Day 6: 45 Second plank + 15 Push-ups + 15 Tricep dips
Day 7: 1 Minute plank + 20 Pushups + 20 Tricep dips + 10 Alternating shoulder taps in plank position
