Can y’all believe the Holiday Honey Hustle Challenge has already come and gone?!  Just because it’s over doesn’t mean you can’t continue these workouts straight into the new year.  Continue to mix them up each week so you don’t get bored.  I mixed mine up by doing it outside in the freezing weather!  It got my blood pumping in no time, and I did a little hiking afterwards to get in a little extra booty workout.

Day 1:  10 Reverse Lunges on Each Leg + 10 Side Lunges on Each Leg
Day 2:  10 Side Lunges on Each Leg + 10 Front Lunges on Each Leg
Day 3:  10 Front Lunges on Each Leg + 10 Lunges with Kick Back on Each Leg
Day 4:  10 Lunges with Kick Back on Each Leg + 10 Curtsy Lunges on Each Leg
Day 5:  10 Curtsy Lunges on Each Leg + 10 Reverse Lunges on Each Leg
Day 6:  15 Walking Lunges + Hold on Right Leg for 30 Seconds + 15 Walking Lunges + Hold on Left Leg for 30 Seconds

  1. I have some intermittent health problems (just had a second kidney surgery this month) and struggle with my workout progressions constantly starting & stopping. It’s hard to get over my setbacks – I’d love a workout routine that adjusts for this!

  2. This month has been crazy busy and I am sure everyone of us can say that. I enjoy you posting what workout routine you are doing and I do plan get get off my rump and just do it. My only problem is I do not know exactly how to do some of these routines/repetitions. I thought I would google them to see how to do them. But if there is a website I can go to to find out I would greatly appreciate it.
