Why I’m Trying the Faster Way to Fat Loss

Faster Way to Fat Loss. You’ve probably been hearing about it lately, and I have too. I have already had several friends try it over the last few months, all with great results. When my friend My Life Well Loved, Happily Hughes, Life Lutzurious and Sew Sarah R said they were going to do a round of Faster Way to Fat Loss this month, I just knew I had to try it, and I’m sharing exactly why I’m trying it out below.

My 5 Reasons for Trying Faster Way to Fat Loss:

1.) I wanted to learn how to count macros, and some of you like me, might be wondering what macros even are. Macros are macronutrients and are the energy-giving components of food that fuels our body.

2.) I wanted to get more energy. When I eat unhealthy foods, I always feel more sluggish and less full of energy.

3.) I wanted to train my body to burn fat instead of carbs. Carbs are strategically added into your diet at certain times to help your metabolism work more effectively and burn fat instead of sugar.

4.) I wanted some new workouts. Let’s face it, any workout gets old after a while, and I was looking for a fresh new way to mix it up!

5.) I am most motivated when I am not doing something alone. That’s why they call workout buddies such great motivators. They keep us in check!
